Order a board for the wrong chemistry and it over-charges every cell, every cycle. Order it for the wrong current and it trips the first time you put a load on. Tell us four things — chemistry, cells in series, peak current, and whether the charger shares the load's connector — and we will tell you which board to take.

Tell us about the pack
- 1The cell chemistry
Li-ion / Li-po at 3.7 V per cell, or LiFePO4 at 3.2 V. This is the one that cannot be fudged.
- 2Cells in series
Count them — 4S, 7S, 13S. Do not go by the "12 V" or "48 V" printed on the pack; the two rarely agree.
- 3Peak continuous current
What the load actually pulls at its worst, not its average. And the charger's current, if you know it.
- 4One connector or two
Do the charger and the load plug into the same socket? Then it is a common-port board.
Not sure about any of them? Send what you have. A photo of the pack and of the old board is usually enough.

The shop carries the standard hardware boards. Smart BMS with Bluetooth and CAN, active balancers, high-current and truck-start boards, chargers — ask and we will order them in.
Prices on the shop are per piece. If you are building a batch or repeating an order, tell us the board and the quantity and we will come back with a price.
Do not use the board — tell us within seven days of receipt, with a photo of the package and the board. That is the window set in our terms and conditions.
Pick "Warranty / RMA" in the form and describe what the board did — whether it tripped, refused to charge or never woke up. The contractual detail is on the terms page.
